KPM eTextbook For Students During MCO Period

Malaysian students can now download textbooks digitally from the KPM eTextbook Reader app at home

If there’s anything we learn from MCO last year, is that the government would probably extend another two weeks. This has forced many businesses to adapt to the situation and so do schools. With that in mind, the Agency of the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) and Perbadanan Kota Buku (PKB) have developed an app called KPM eTextbook Reader for the students at home.

The app can be downloaded for free on the Apple App and Google Play Store and it was designed to give the students access to the school textbooks digitally. Moreover, the students can download the textbooks digitally so that they can read offline. On top of that, they can also download for free through the website

KPM also commented that the KPM eTextbook Reader can be used on a tablet as well. It may be a potential solution for students in the future, which eliminates the need for carrying heavy school bags as well as reducing the cost of printing textbooks.

As aforementioned, the app is now available to download on your mobile devices. Stay tuned for more local trending tech news at
